Every Tuesday-Thursday join me for a fully relaxing, transforming experience of Guided Meditation and Sound Therapy in the beautiful Salt Cave at Island Salt and Spa 55 Main Street in Sayville (next to Starbucks, parking on street or municipal lot in the back. Sessions are 7:30pm-9pm and are $35 per person. ADVANCE BOOKING IS REQUIRED. Only 8 seats available. Contact Steve directly at 631.553.1221 to reserve you spots.
